Email signature

The standard signature block. Copy it once, paste it into your mail settings, done.

Where to paste: Gmail: Settings, See all settings, then the Signature box. Outlook: Settings, Compose and reply. Apple Mail: Settings, Signatures. Paste with formatting (plain Cmd V), and the logo, colors, and links come along.

Email signature

Name in bold Navy, title in Teal, contact in Source Sans / Arial. The headshot is embedded (base64) so it travels with the message. To install: select the white card above, copy, and paste into your mail client’s signature settings. The table uses Arial/Helvetica fallbacks so it renders consistently across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
