The PDF is exact trim size (3.5 by 2 inches, 300 dpi artwork) with an edge-to-edge navy front. Most online printers (Moo, Vistaprint, a local shop) accept it as-is; if yours asks for bleed, choose "extend artwork" or ask them to add a 0.125 inch navy bleed, the front is a solid color so nothing gets cropped. The PNGs are the same artwork for digital use.
